All over the world, Christians are persecuted for their faith in Jesus Christ and given the recent events in the Middle East, we've all been given a glimpse of this very real and very urgent need.
We're called to always be in prayer for the persecuted, widowed and orphaned, but what an amazing call to action to have Christians around the world in prayer for the same cause on the same day!

Since the insurgency broke out in Borno state, Madagali local government has been witnessing intermittent attacks by insurgents in various towns and villages in the local government. The most recent among many started about three weeks ago when insurgent numbering over one hundred forcefully invaded the area.
